Detroit's Kronwall Injured By Habs Georges Laraque

Montreal Canadiens' tough guy Georges Laraque took out 2 Detroit Red Wings in one shift in the Habs game November 21st against the Detroit Red Wings. First Laraque appeared to deliberately highstick Darren Helm in the mouth in Detroit's end while the Red Wings were carrying the puck into Montreal's end. On the Niklas Kronwall hit, big Georges appeared to stick his leg out in a deliberate attempt to injure the Red Wings' defenseman. Kronwall was lost for the remainder of the game which Detroit ended up winning 3-2 in a shootout.

Laraque ended up with a double-minor for the highsticking call and only a minor for tripping for the terrible hit on Kronwall. Although Laraque stayed in the game (I think he should have been tossed for a deliberate attempt to injure Kronwall) but was limited to less than 5 minutes of playing time.
